Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Project Engineer to oversee and implement infrastructure-related projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in implementing Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Endpoint Management in project-driven contexts.

The engineer will play a key role in

infrastructure projects

such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, new deployments, and digital workplace rollouts -- ensuring timely delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Deployment

Lead and

execute infrastructure deployment projects

, including

Azure cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 onboarding, Windows Server upgrades, and Active Directory consolidations.

Plan, design, and implement

hybrid infrastructure architectures

(on-premises, cloud, hybrid). Carry out

email and data migrations

(e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online, file server to SharePoint/OneDrive). Implement and configure

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

for modern device management. Deliver

Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and collaboration platform deployments.

Develop and execute

testing, rollout, and cutover plans

for project go-lives.
Stakeholder & Project Management

Collaborate with

Project Managers

to align deployment timelines, milestones, and resources. Conduct

requirement gathering workshops

with customers and stakeholders. Provide

technical documentation, deployment guides, and handover materials

to operations teams. Train and support client IT teams during and after deployment.
Security, Compliance & Optimization

Ensure all deployments follow

Microsoft security best practices

(MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, data loss prevention). Integrate governance and compliance requirements into infrastructure designs. Optimize deployed solutions for

performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

infrastructure projects, deployments, or systems integration.

Strong background in

Microsoft ecosystem deployments

(Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server).
Technical Skills

Hands-on expertise in:

Azure IaaS/PaaS deployments

(VMs, storage, networking, identity).

Windows Server

build and migration (2016/2019/2022).

Active Directory / Azure AD migration, integration, and consolidation.

Microsoft 365 project rollouts

(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Intune / Endpoint Manager

for device and application deployment. Strong PowerShell scripting for automation of deployment tasks. Familiar with

network design and security

in Microsoft infrastructure.
