KJ Group MY, a Labuan-based company with headquarters in Japan, is actively seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network and infrastructure-related equipment, providing daily support, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST Job descriptions: Implement and provide daily maintenance support for network and infrastructure-related equipment, including hardware/software installation and resolving technical issues. Perform backup and restore operations, manage IT assets, and administer user access rights to ensure data integrity and security. Handle VMware and Windows Server, managing operating systems, hardware and software architecture, installation, configuration, and support. Ensure system/admin security and setup are in compliance with company standards. Conduct day-to-day technical support and monitoring for networks, infrastructure, servers, and end-users. Monitor end-of-day scheduled jobs, event logs, and alert alarms on servers/networks to proactively identify and minimize disruptions and impacts to systems/networks. Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in computing infrastructure. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science/information security or equivalent. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certificate will be an added advantage. Experience in one or more of the following: cloud migration data-centre migration, backup & disaster recovery, networking, virtualisation, application/server assessment and discovery. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work with urgency sense being proactive and organized. Fluent command of written and spoken communication skills in English; other language(s) would be an advantage. Strong professional integrity, Leadership, possess good learning attitude and a team player. Knowledge of the FinTech industry is a plus.
