Job Description

BinaSifu, Malaysia's largest bungalow & renovation network, is hiring an In-House Lawyer based in Ipoh who is able to witness/attest legal documents for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide witnessing/attestation of legal documents (Power of Attorney, construction agreements, land office documents, SPA, etc.)

- Draft and review construction contracts, addendums, NDAs, and demand letters

- Handle land ownership matters, stamping, dealings with Land Office / Local Council / LHDN

- Review loan documents (Bank & LPPSA) and liaise with panel lawyers

- Ensure compliance with Bar Council guidelines, e-signatures, and attestation standards

- Coordinate with Commissioner for Oaths / Notary when required

Requirements

- Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with a valid Practising Certificate (PC)

2-5 years of experience in conveyancing / real estate / construction law

- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with land offices/banks

- Possess a valid driving license (D) and willing to travel when required
