In-House Programmer -- Job Scope (Real Estate Agency)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Property Management System Development

Build and maintain custom internal tools or portals for managing listings, agents, clients, and appointments. Automate processes like new listing uploads, price updates, or agent commissions.

2. Website & Portal Maintenance

Manage the company's website, property listings, and search/filter functionalities. Integrate third-party property listing platforms (iProperty, PropertyGuru, etc.). Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds.

3. CRM Integration / Development

Develop or maintain a CRM to manage client leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel. Integrate with tools like WhatsApp, email, or SMS for client communication automation.

4. Internal Reporting & Dashboards

Create internal dashboards for tracking agent performance, sales, commissions, and inventory. Automate report generation for management.

5. Database Management

Manage databases of listings, clients, transactions, and agents. Ensure data security, backup, and access control.

6. Workflow Automation

Automate repetitive tasks like sending appointment reminders, uploading new listings, and follow-ups. Connect tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or form submissions to backend systems.

7. Technical Support

Provide tech support to staff for in-house software or tools. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., hosting, CRM providers) when needed.

8. Digital Tools Integration

Integrate with mapping APIs (e.g., Google Maps for property locations). Connect to digital signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) for contracts.

Skills Typically Needed

Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python. Frameworks: Laravel, React, or similar. Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL. API integration: REST APIs (for CRM, portals, SMS/email). CMS management (e.g., WordPress if the website is on it). Familiarity with real estate business processes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,054.32 - RM5,681.45 per month
