Perform all sales duties, follow up administration (till S&P sign off) and after sales service. Participate in activities such as project launching, and road show. Ensure the sales gallery & sales office\'s running in good condition. Attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers. Conduct market survey for property, analyze and propose on the sales strategies. Brief and coordinate with agencies when necessary. Prepare sales process related documents. Job Requirement: Looking for Mandarin Speaker Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to work on weekend. Minimum 1-2 years\' work experience. Work experience in property sales is required. Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
