Manage end-to-end recruitment for WMA, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Actively headhunt high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, networking, and industry connections.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal hiring needs across all departments.
Maintain and update the talent database, recruitment metrics, and candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed.
