The Senior Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse functions--both technical and non-technical--collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill business hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role also demands strict confidentiality, adherence to company policies, and proactive efforts to enhance recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job requisition to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Source, attract, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure clear, timely, and positive communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in outreach activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
Prior experience in IT recruitment is highly preferred due to the company's tech-focused nature.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and hiring regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Use the LinkedIn Recruiter and other platform to source & identify potential candidates with the skill sets necessary for the requested position.
Act as a HR representative in interviews, and determine candidate suitability to the vacant position & company culture.
Conduct reference/background checks for suitable candidates and present shortlisted candidates to the managing director for proposal.
Recruit talent for the local & international branches of the company. Modify Recruitment Procedures/Policy when necessary.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources. or equivalent.
1-2 years' experience in recruitment. (fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well!)
Experience with IT Recruitment is highly preferred since N2N is a tech-heavy company.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is not required, but an added bonus.
Possesses with interpersonal skills for stakeholder and hiring manager communication.
