Job Description
Position: In-Store Tech Support
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Location: CD Tower, Petaling Jaya
Budget: up to RM3000
Mandatory Requirements:
- PR / PO creation
- Inventory reports creation
- Managing partners / vendors
- Home & Fibre Device (added advantage)
- Ensure H & F (Home & Fibre) device stocks are GR\'ed and processed into the respective systems.
- Work with device team for PR / PO creation during stock purchase
- Conduct monthly / quarterly stock check / recon for H & F devices.
- Produce weekly inventory reports for all H & F devices. Alert for stocks replenishment.
- Process H & F device orders from channels / partners
- Manage device distribution operations to all channels (replenish stocks and stock return)
- Oversee H & F device display requirements for all channels.
- Work with IT to resolve all H & F device related system issues.
- Minimum Malaysian with Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Able to manage device partners / vendors with ability to resolve operational matters.
- Analytical skills to analyze stock recon reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work with cross functional team to resolve device related issues.
