The Injection Molding Engineer will play a vital role in designing, maintaining, and improving injection molding processes for high-quality plastic parts within the FMCG industry. This position works closely with product development and production teams to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and ensure timely delivery.

• Design and optimize injection molds for manufacturing processes.
• Oversee mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve mold performance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure molds meet industry standards and specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to mold performance and improvements.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team when needed.
