Job Description

Responsible to improve quality, cycle time and efficiency thru process parameter. Responsible in process parameter troubleshooting and provide support on maintenance task. Responsible to key in machine parameter settings after mold setup accordingly to mold card. Responsible to guide and training mold setter. Responsible to verify and follow up the completion of plastic injection mold setup. (Up & Down Mold). Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc. Performed daily 7s activity and maintain safe working environment and maintain high standard. Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior. To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Skills Required:

Plastic Injection Molding or related field Minimum 3 years of working experience with injection molding/LSR or related field
