Job Description

1. Formulate the work responsibilities and operating procedures of each position in the

injection molding department;

2.Implement the production plan, be responsible for the management of workshop production

technology, quality, equipment, safety and other aspects, and organize employees to complete

production tasks with quality and quantity;

3.According to the production tasks and quality requirements issued, be responsible for

the preparation of equipment and materials, strictly manage the process, urge the producers

to seriously implement self-inspection, do a good job in patrol inspection and completion

inspection, and ensure product quality;

4.Do a good job in pre-job training for employees, and evaluate and improve their abilities;

5. Coordinate the relationship between various production departments;

6. To achieve safe and civilized production.

JOB REQUIREMENTS?

1.College degree or above, more than five years of on-site management experience in injection molding workshop;

2.Strong execution, able to independently coordinate and handle the work of the department;

3.Good at communication, good at knowing people and responsible, with strong leadership and organizational management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
