JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the Injection Moulding, Production and Technical department effectively and ensure best practices.

Plan manpower and manage production plant and capacity data to determine manufacturing resources requirements.

Ensure all machine and tools are readily and continuously available for production.

Plan and make process improvement to ensure process and quality compliance meet customer demand by maintaining close communications with customer.

Manage demand and supply status based on forecast.

Continuously plan raw material requirement and liaise with Purchasing team.

Prepare and analyse production and quality reports, identify, and solve problem with detail study, investigation, observation and provide suggestions and solutions.

Monitor and evaluate team members performance and provide trainings to meet production target and quality expectations.

Lead the team to comply with ISO standards, Safety, Health Environment Policies and 5S activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Between 35 to 45 years old.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in plastic injection manufacturing plant or similar manufacturing field.

MS Office (advance Excel) with strong analytical and planning skills.

Good communication, leadership, and interaction skills.

Self-motivated and task oriented.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
