Responsible for the project related to plastic injection molding process in the cradle-to-grave approach (design to introduction into manufacturing, scale-up, full production and throughout product life cycle).
Develop new processes, implement and evaluate changes to existing processes to improve product quality, yield, productivity, equipment efficiency and drive cost reduction.
Apply scientific molding process into NPI testing, implement technical solution including statistical methodology to meet customer requirements with regard to cost, quality and delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, provide technical solution to manufacturing processes, and operating guidance to Process Technicians, Operators and other molding personnel.
Work with equipment and material suppliers to analyze and resolve machine and material issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that all process details and procedures are clearly stated and easily comprehended.
Requirement
Degree in Manufacturing/Injection Moulding
At least 5-7 years experiences
Good presentation skill. Able to manage multiple start up projects, and lead team members of Process Technicians & Engineers.
Experience in handling Injection Moulding machines.
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel)
Teamwork, confident & able to work in pressure. Confident to perform the presentation.
