Understand & maintain quality standards & cycle times for each product to meet injection schedules.
To perform change of mould, change of inserts & mould test.
Proactively respond to system problems to ensure machine are running at full capacity in order to meet production requirements.
Setup and startup molding machines to produce molded parts in compliance with specifications.
To ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Keep work areas clean and assist in plant housekeeping.
Identify defects and make adjustments of the parameters.
Perform mold change or mold testing in a safe and expedient manner to reduce machine downtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
