Job Description

• 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry or related fields such as furniture or home d\xc3\xa9cor
• Product knowledge for cabinetry products, home living furniture, interior design for home renovation is a plus point
• PC literate and familiar with design software e.g., Coohom & AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality, and a good attitude.
• Sales driven, pleasant personality and can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Present design solutions and services offered by the company.
• Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target, from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.
• Serve every walk-in clients and answer to in-coming calls.
• Make follow up calls with prospects client daily.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure project agreements
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention, addressing their concerns, and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Handle client from Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok..)
• Reply client inquiry in whatsapp daily.
• Fast response to client
