Job Description

Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily. \xc2\xb7 Using professional social media like Linkedin to create awareness and generate interest. \xc2\xb7 Using internet and social media to research on accounts and identify key stake-holders (CEO, IT, Finance, HR, Admin, Procurement & Operations) \xc2\xb7 Understand customer issues and requirements in order to recommend a solution. \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and prompt manner. \xc2\xb7 Increase sales by up-selling and cross-selling. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong knowledge of company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services offering. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns run by the business unit. \xc2\xb7 Use CRM to document all customer opportunities and customer activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure database of prospects is well maintained and updated \xc2\xb7 Ensure sales opportunities and pipelines are at healthy levels at all times. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 University level degree or higher in any discipline. \xc2\xb7 Have direct/indirect selling experience to an end-user customer base, with demonstrated account management experience as part of previous experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong cold calling skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, highly detailed and results oriented. \xc2\xb7 Highly proficient in IT and computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
