We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Inside Sales and Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and managing contract processes, playing a crucial part in driving our business forward.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals
Prepare and process sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and contract status in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth contract implementation
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist in developing and improving sales and contract management processes
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in inside sales or contract administration, preferably in a B2B environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Experience with contract management software
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Knowledge of sales processes and contract management
Understanding of basic legal terminology related to contracts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
