Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Prepare sales quotations and follow up on orders
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers for deliveries
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and shipments
Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support
Communicate with suppliers and transporters as needed
Monitor inventory and assist in stock planning
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Engineering background is an advantage
