We're Hiring: Inside Sales Engineer (Based in Shah Alam)

We're looking for an

Inside Sales Engineer

to join our dynamic team and be part of a leading name in the Oil & Gas valve manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong technical knowledge on product design, codes, applications, and specifications. Process incoming customer inquiries accurately and promptly into the ERP system. Review both commercial and technical aspects of customer inquiries. Collaborate closely with Technical, Costing, and Engineering teams to review specifications, provide costing input, and prepare quotations or tender submissions. Ensure all Sales Department procedures are strictly followed. Prepare commercial offers and pricing in line with company and customer requirements. Maintain timely, professional, and responsive communication with customers to ensure top-tier service delivery. Generate reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by Management. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), and QA/QC compliance. Travel occasionally for customer meetings when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field. 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or application engineering (preferably in Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
