We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting the Account Manager for preparing quotation, customers' follow up and closing sales of our diverse range of ICT solutions through phone, email, and online communication. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within this key sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to manage customer requests effectively.
Support Account Managers in deal registration, price negotiations, and preparation of project quotations.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams--including technical consultants and product specialists--to identify and fulfill client needs.
Monitor and follow up on all quoted opportunities to ensure timely progress.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our comprehensive ICT portfolio.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events to strengthen company branding and expand networking relationships.
Manage time efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and completion of required reports.
Collect client feedback to drive continuous improvement of solutions and services.
Maintain and update the License Renewal Report to ensure timely renewals.
Participate in periodic sales training programs as required.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT or sales-related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT industry solutions--including hardware, software, and services--is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Quick learner with adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
