Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experience through consultative approach
• Acquire a thorough understanding of company products and services to be able to solve customer\'s needs
• Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries , propose preliminary solution , follow up on leads, schedule site visit for outdoor sales team
• Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels.
• Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
