The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and identifying the sales leads, secure new business opportunity and cultivate the existing customer to maintain the relationship.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with new/existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, IT, Sales or relevant field
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Inside Sales Representative or relevant role.
Candidates with 2-4 years working experiences are welcomed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
