Insights and Appointments /leads generated
Achievement of new business opportunities agreed depending on.
Achievement of talk-time/chat-time and leads target as in individual as well as departmental goal.
Own call performance against target is tracked and managed to ensure campaign targets are exceeded
Coordinate with other inter-departments to satisfy customer needs and interests
Ensure accurate opportunity and forecasting data is provided to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country regarding communication notes and allocation
Ensure that all conversations held with prospects gain competitive information, create awareness, retain prospect's interest level, understand customer's needs and identifying business opportunities.
Work closely with Company's Operation Country liaison SMEs to provide market product and recognition feedback from engagements
Attend to any ad-hoc task assigned such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight
Job Requirements:
2+ years previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) phone-based and chat sales, specifically software maintenance renewals.
Experience ideally in phone-based account management sales, ideally software renewal and upsell.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Sales Force.com or similar CRM tool, is preferred
Willing to work on shift hours - Singapore Public Holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
