Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales growth, responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients (contractors, architects, engineers, and manufacturers) to introduce our software solutions and services.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process for small-to-mid-sized accounts, from initial contact to quotation and closing.
Account Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high retention rates and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities for software subscriptions and training.
Consultation:
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right software solutions (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) to improve their workflow.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to support seminar events and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development. Experience in software/IT sales is an added advantage.
Education:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus to liaise with specific client bases).
Comfortable making cold calls and handling phone rejections.
Basic understanding of the IT or Construction/Engineering industry is helpful but not required.
Attitude:
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with using CRM tools.
