Inside Sales Executive
Adecco is partnering with a leading distributor of cabling and connectivity solutions to seek for an Inside Sales Executive. This role involves B2B sales, primarily focusing on the industrial automation sector. The position requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to work independently to achieve quarterly sales targets.
What you will Do?

  • Proactively contact potential customers to develop sales opportunities for cabling products.
  • Monitor and manage ongoing sales activities with individual customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Respond to product and service inquiries and initiate orders following established procedures.
  • Prepare product costing and quotations for customers to facilitate sales transactions.
Your Skills
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cabling or industrial sales sector.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals.
  • Experience in indoor sales and telesales/telemarketing is strongly preferred.
