Job Responsibilities : Analyse and identify customer\'s needs and match against IT products. Sell IT products to customers via inbound channels i.e Calls, Chats, Emails and Follow-up etc. Able to write and explain recommended product solution, up-sell and cross-sell in a Tele, Chat and Email environment. Communicate professionally with customers regarding current promotions and product upgrades and new product launches. Building and maintaining sales pipelines followed by accurate forecasting and sales revenue closures. Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained. Follow up with customers to solicit further sales, respond to sales enquiries. Maintain professional customer services via verbal and in written communication. Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance. Achieve Sales Quota across products lines. Team-Player and Flexible. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 (one) year of inbound/inside/telesales experience or sales via e-commerce platforms. 2. Desire to meet and exceed sales performance goals. 3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. 4. Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar. 5. Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence. 6. Strong verbal and written skills in language with commercial sense, problem solving and negotiation skills.
