Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer interactions.
Proficiency in using RM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related tools.

Assist inside sales representatives with various administrative tasks, including preparing and processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary materials, sales collateral, and product information needed to effectively engage with customers and prospects.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and delivery details promptly. Ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout the sales process.
Prepare and send price quotations to customers in response to their inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product delivery.
Generate and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts to assist the sales team in tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist in managing and qualifying leads, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate sales representatives.
Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to verify order accuracy, resolve any issues, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and promote our products to customers.
Provide sales representatives with administrative support during client meetings, presentations, and events.
Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management ( RM) system.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless sales process.
