Kelayakan
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using RM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and support the success of the sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Tanggungjawab
  • Assist inside sales representatives with various administrative tasks, including preparing and processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary materials, sales collateral, and product information needed to effectively engage with customers and prospects.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and delivery details promptly. Ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and send price quotations to customers in response to their inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts to assist the sales team in tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing and qualifying leads, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to verify order accuracy, resolve any issues, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and promote our products to customers.
  • Provide sales representatives with administrative support during client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management ( RM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless sales process.
