Position : Inside Sales Representative of Hardware Products (Japanese / Korean)

Client Background: MNC

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: MYR 7,500 -12,000 (Basic + Language Allowance + Sales Incentive)

Responsibilities:

This position is Inside Sales Representative for drive the sales of the hardware products (GPU, CPU, APU, etc.), for a multinational semiconductor company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating revenue, building strong customer relationships, and increasing wallet share of the business.

  • Drive sales of hardware products to meet revenue targets and increase wallet share of the business
  • Acquire new customers and build on existing customer relationships
  • Develop existing customers into named accounts
  • Generate leads and extend selling support to channel and OEM partners
  • Arrange triangulation with customers, OEMs, and partners
  • Utilize SFDC to drive engagement of resources across the organization
  • Regularly voice out customer feedback and work towards improving lead acceptance and conversion rates
  • Ensure a strong and future-ready funnel for consistent and predictable revenue projection
Requirement
  • Relevant experience in client, workstation, and server sales or customer support
  • Experience in IT hardware sales, specifically in servers, laptops, and desktops are preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the relevant local language (Japanese/Korean)
  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
  • Ability to handle up to 50-75 customer accounts simultaneously
  • Creative thinker, problem solver, and self-motivated with experience analyzing territory/market challenges
  • Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC
  • Able to generate reports (including detail and summary reports) from POS data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and on an ad-hoc basis to support account specific activities
  • Familiarity with the Playbook and completed all testing and certification materials to adequately demonstrate such familiarity
