Join Molex as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team. You'll manage orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate data flow, helping deliver innovative optical connectivity solutions that keep industries moving forward.

What You Will Do
Manage the status and schedule of all customer orders, returns, complaints and requests
Collaborate with intercompany departments to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved to completion
Ensure accuracy of data and requirements in SAP
Manage execution, requirements and maintenance of customer programs
Issue quotations and follow-up on status
Prepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication with customers
Maintain integrity of customer portals
Prepare order, RMA and forecast status reports
Backup Account/Sales Managers during Travel
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
3+ years in a customer-facing service or sales support role
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Outstanding communicator
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelors Degree in Business
Familiarity with SAP systems
Experience building strong customer relationships
