Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to identify new sales opportunities.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads.
Research prospective clients and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
2. Customer Engagement
Understand prospects' business needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Sales Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor sales progress, provide forecasts, and report performance metrics to the sales team.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and share insights.
Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
5. Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product updates.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience or strong interest in Sales/Telesales is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both
English and Mandarin
(spoken and written) to liaise with clients from China and Taiwan.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms; relevant certifications are an advantage.
