Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or BPO tele-sales (preferably in IT industry).
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of IT products - e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce IT products or services.
- Conduct outbound outreach to target businesses to introduce new IT solutions or promotions.
- Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points and match them with suitable IT solutions.
- Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings and training to stay updated on IT products, market trends, and client needs.
