Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or BPO tele-sales (preferably in IT industry).
Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Understanding of IT products - e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software.

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce IT products or services.
Conduct outbound outreach to target businesses to introduce new IT solutions or promotions.
Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points and match them with suitable IT solutions.
Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings and training to stay updated on IT products, market trends, and client needs.
