Job Summary:
The Inside Sales role is a End Customer focused role responsible for Customer Retention and Lead Management. Renewal of existing Unity customer subscriptions and adding New Customers by Lead Management, focussed on Unity industrial vertical.
Inside Sales is expected to drive End Customer satisfaction by planning & executing various programs with partners, responsible for handling partners, coordinating with Unity team, focusing on delivery of top-class value-added services.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on Demand Generation leads towards qualified Sales funnel creation for partners.
Works in strong collaboration with partners for great End Customer experience & engagement.
Drives sales such as renewals, New, product support, services etc.
Has ability to address end customers, channel partners & vendors.
Collaborate well with country and regional teams - marketing, pre sales, sales, operations.
Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities
Meet or exceed assigned sales target.
Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Demand Gen pipe (SQLs), Quotes, Bookings and renewals.
Develop great working relationships with each partner to be a close support in execution of the growth plan.
Participate actively in review and collaboration meetings with partners, Unity, internal meetings.
Participate actively in all strategic initiatives of the team including increased implementation of automation with partners with Digital Transformation and ongoing/new offerings to end customers.
Organise Call Out Days and various sales development programs with partners.
Owns successful order processing through order automation collaborating with operations team.
Adhere to Tech Data policies and compliance requirement.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Degree holder with minimum 3 year of inside sales (End Customer focused) or relevant experience in software industry
Ability to do leads follow up with End Customers and renewal of contracts is mandatory.
Customer-oriented with positive attitude
Provision of various reports for the purpose of commercial decision making.
Demonstrates initiative and passion to excel demonstrating high integrity levels
Excellent written and oral business communication skills
Excellent Computational Skills & Business Acumen
Build High Customer Satisfaction (Internal and External)
Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
Team player and independent starter.
