Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through active prospecting, qualification, and evaluation. You will play a key role in driving the success of the overall sales team in this quota-carrying position.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years of inside sales experience in SaaS, education, or tech-related industries. Experience in early-stage companies is a plus.
Sales Approach: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs, suggest practical solutions, and provide effective workarounds.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork for collective success. Ability to self-manage and execute tasks efficiently with limited resources.
Communication Skills: Excellent persuasive communication skills in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
At least 2 - 3 years' of inside sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
