Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company in Malaysia which connects local eateries in the F&B industry to farmers with premium products that are sourced from Japan and local farms. As part of their business expansion and growth, they are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist and support their Sales team. Location is at Kota Damansara, easily accessible by public transportation (MRT Kota Damansara).
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing (Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice)
- Handle enquiry from Hotel & Restaurant customers
- Fulfillment tasks
- Monitoring of sales activities
- Inventory
- Documentation
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
- To build on and maintain good relationship to fulfill customers\' and staffs\' expectations.
- Previous experience in F&B / HORECA industry is an added advantage
- Able to manage enquiries from F&B/HORECA customers
- Experience in managing inventory, documentation and order processing.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
