Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative at All Metal Services Ltd, located in Shah Alam. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team and provide excellent support to our customers. Qualifications Inside Sales and Account Management skills Proven track record of customer satisfaction and excellent customer service Experience in lead generation and driving sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field
