Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
