to support our sales and marketing operations. You'll help prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and reports -- working closely with distributors, partners, and the external sales team to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Prepare
quotations, proposals, tenders
, and sales/marketing documents.
Produce
daily, weekly, and monthly
sales & marketing reports.
Coordinate with
partners and internal teams
for pricing and product info.
Manage and update
sales records and costing sheets
.
Support
customer follow-ups and vendor registrations
.
Handle
sales/marketing communication
via email or phone when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree
in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Science, or related field.
Experience in
sales admin / coordination / quotation
preparation preferred.
Familiar with
IT hardware/software and enterprise (network,cloud, AI, etc) solutions
. Familiar with
government/GLC/university processes and procurement portals
(ePerolehan, vendor registration) is an added advantage.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) & Google Workspace
.
Preferably staying near
Sunway, Shah Alam, Puchong, or Petaling Jaya
.

Pay: RM1,918.15 - RM3,500.00 per month
