As an Inside Sales/Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and acquiring high-quality secondhand motorcycles for resale, and matchmaking people to their perfect two-wheelers anywhere within their motorcycling journey.Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify potential sellers and buyers of secondhand motorcycles through various channels, including online listings, social media, and industry contacts.
• Lead Maintenance: Nurture and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer care by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Initial Pitch: Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential sellers via phone to discuss the sale of their motorcycles or interest in buying.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate prices while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, motorcycle models, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Documentation: Accurately document all transactions, including purchase agreements and seller information.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless transition of acquired motorcycles for resale.

Requirements:

• Media sales, Direct Sales, TeleSales or Online Sales experience is a plus
• Good understanding of online advertising solutions is a plus
• Possess good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, creative, highly energetic, tenacious and independent with consultative selling skills
• Great interpersonal skills - able to build rapport quickly and develop relationships
