Colgate Palmolive Insights & Analytics Management Trainee Program

Our Xccelerate Program is an accelerated program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the Insights & Analytics, Retail Marketing, Brand and eventually leading you into a definite fast track of commercial business management.

We\'re looking for someone who has a passion for analytics and a curiosity for human behavior. You will spend 12 months learning the core of Insights & Analytics; i.e. studies done to learn and understand what makes up our business, what drives it and how our customers choose and interact with our products everyday. Following that, your path may lead you to expand your business acumen with the Brand or the Retail Marketing teams, both with distinct customers and stakeholders. Finally, the crux of the program really sits with growing your prowess in Revenue Growth Management (RGM). RGM enables you to learn and control all the different levers of the marketing mix to grow the business and deliver better products to our customers! With this skill, you will be able to contribute to valuable conversations with our leaders, enhancing your career as you go.

What Will You Do

Support the Insights & Analytics team in monthly market share reporting and ad-hoc market share analysis

Setup projects for consumer immersion with agency, project management and prepare home immersion reports

Participate in the data collection for Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) by liaising with multiple functions to ensure on-time project submission

Enhance the Price & Promo arm of analytics through Price Promotion tool

Learn and assist data scientists in crafting data pipelines, architectures through programming languages used widely.

Assist monthly data collection from Datorama to support monthly media scorecard analytics

Impactful/exciting projects you will be part of:

Oral Care Marketing Mix Modelling project

Developing reports & insights for C-Suite level.

Contribute to the Oral Care Toothpaste category success factors with a 360 view.

Who Are We Looking For

Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experience

Accustomed to Google Suites tools (especially Google Sheets)

Skilled in using Google Slides, Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel and SPSS

High level of interest in research, data management and digital analytics

Passionate about developing a career in Business Analytics & Insights

Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills

Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility

Good communication skills and multitasking abilities
