Monitor and supervise Architectural works at the construction site.
Carry out inspection at all on-going and completed works to ensure compliance with specifications.
Check all design drawings issued by consultants and specialist contractors and I or subcontractors.
Liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve any discrepancies in the consultants\' drawings.
Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.
To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project\'s inspection test plan.
To identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
Identify defects and recommend solution.
Prepare monthly site progress report and photos.
Ensure all site documents i.e. plans and correspondences are filed / stored accordingly.
Attend all site meetings and submit reports to Management regularly.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
