Requirements
Specialized in Architectural.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Minimum Education: Diploma in Architecture or Building Services/Science or Degree in Architecture / Relevant Certificate / Diploma from recognized Institution.
Possess minimum 5 years experience in site supervision of Architectural Works.
Skills Required: Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Knowledge of architectural design principles.
The job site is based in Sebauh, Sarawak.
Preferably with LAM's registration of IOW.
Able to liaise with both Consultants and Contractors for all construction-related issues.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and ensuring that the construction work schedules are maintained.
Ensuring the Contractor's compliance with contracts, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards.
Responsible for the inspection of the workmanship and compliance with the construction method statements.
Keeping detailed site records of various aspects of work.
Attend various meetings, including site meetings and technical meetings.
Coordinating all site issues while highlighting construction status to Management.
