Job Details

Position: Instructor (English)
Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,000
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM
Break Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: No. 43-2-1 (2nd Floor), Jalan 1/48A, Sentul Perdana, Bandar Baru Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our client's education team in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will empower adult learners to achieve fluency and confidence in English through engaging and impactful lessons.

Key Responsibilities

1) Deliver interactive English lessons that help adult learners build real confidence and fluency in communication.
2) Design learning experiences that produce practical results, enabling learners to apply English effectively in both work and daily life.
3) Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves freely.
4) Continuously assess learners' progress and provide personalized feedback that fosters measurable improvement.
5) Adapt teaching methods to address learners' specific challenges, including grammar, pronunciation, and speaking hesitation.
6) Facilitate all sessions and programs related to the learning experience and services offered by the center.
7) Maintain and increase student participation and success rates through engaging lessons, consistent follow-ups, and motivational support.
8) Provide guidance and encouragement to students beyond class time to enhance learning outcomes.
9) Participate actively in team meetings, training, and collaborative initiatives to improve overall teaching quality.
10) Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, progress, and performance reports.

Requirements

1) Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, TESL, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
2) Excellent command of spoken and written English.
3) Passionate about adult education and student development.
4) Prior teaching or training experience with adults is an added advantage.
