Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated instructor to join the Xsolla Curine Academy team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves preparing and delivering on-campus lectures, as well as evaluating student assignments. We seek a responsible and proactive professional who can inspire and mentor students throughout their educational journey. \ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and deliver lectures and practical sessions in English based on the course curriculum.
- Incorporate current trends in the game area into teaching materials
- Develop course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assignments.
- Design practical assignments and projects to reinforce learning objectives.
- Mentor and support students to enhance their skills.
- Encourage participation and collaboration during classes.
- Evaluate student assignments and projects, providing timely feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of core game design concepts such as game mechanics, balancing, and progression.
- Participation in the team development of at least five games of different genres.
- Participation in projects from idea to release, including the design of game mechanics and systems.
- Completion of at least five projects, which may include non-commercial releases on platforms like
- Ability to analyze game mechanics and systems, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Participation in the team development of a game released on open marketplaces.
