Position: Instrument Technician

Mewaholeo Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified

Instrument Technician

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring all instrument equipment operates effectively, while supporting smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repair of instrumentation equipment (electrical & pneumatic). Ensure all instruments and measurement systems are functioning efficiently. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, including troubleshooting using engineering drawings. Carry out instrumentation calibration activities. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance and repair works.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

OR

Minimum Technical Certification in Manufacturing with at least 2 years' relevant experience. Good knowledge of control systems, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation. Knowledgeable in instrumentation calibration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience:

Hands-on experience in instrumentation troubleshooting. Ability to interpret engineering drawings for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in instrument calibration.
