In this role, you will contrinbute to the implementation of global insulin marketing strategies and play a pivotal role in upcoming product launches. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our products in the market. You will report to Marketing Director.Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Facilitate the implementation of global insulin marketing strategies in Malaysia by collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including preparing and arranging symposia and panel programs, and developing and maintaining relationships with target customers.
  • Play a key role in assisting upcoming product launches and ensuring launch readiness, including formulating, informing, and evaluating the success of product messages.
  • Evaluate sales forecasts, provide product input, and conduct product training for product promotion specialists and newcomers, while gathering, assessing, and reporting continuous intelligence on the product\'s performance, customer insights, potential negative issues, and opportunities, and providing regular market updates.
  • Contribute to mid-term strategic planning, budget planning, and business reviews, and work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on the implementation of brand strategy.
  • Ensure product positioning is aligned with local insights, lifecycle stage, and global strategy, turning complex information into simple and compelling messages and articulating clearly at all levels to both small and large audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Marketing, Science, or Business Management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, and past experience in sales or directly customer-facing positions is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge in covered and out-of-pocket pharma products, and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at the highest decision-making level, leading to mutually successful outcomes, and the ability to develop and implement account-specific strategies within your locality.
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive, a curious mind, and tenacity, with the ability to turn complex information into simple and compelling messages.
  • High energy level and a can-do approach, with the ability to convey clearly and with impact at all levels to both small and large audiences.
