Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Johor Bahru, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing insurance brokerage services, while focusing on excellent customer service and financial planning. You will also develop and maintain long-term client relationships, handle enquiries and claims, and work collaboratively with other teams within AIA. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills High integrity, self-motivated and results-driven Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline Professional certifications (e.g. MII, FIMM, CFP, FPSB, MFPC) are a plus Fresh graduate with no working experience are welcomed
