Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties
Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs Provide guidance and advice on insurance products and coverage options Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices Conduct thorough insurance needs analysis for clients Negotiate terms and close sales effectively Handle administrative tasks related to insurance sales
Skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus Strong background in insurance sales Excellent customer service skills Proficient in sales techniques and strategies Ability to negotiate effectively Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage Experience in benefits administration is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
