Job Description
- SPM / STPM with min 2 years full time working experience in sales / marketing
- PCE Life and CEILLI certification
- Possess good communication & interpersonal relationship skills to drive sales
- Identify client needs, advises on insurance coverage & risk management
- Explaining policy terms to clients
- Prepare insurance proposals
- Client relationship management
- Servicing policies to analyze the policies held by current clients and determining suggested additions or changes to their coverage.
- Developing marketing strategies
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Help process insurance claims
