We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Insurance Claims Admin
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to start their career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities :-
Receive, verify, and organize incoming claims documentation.
Review claim forms and supporting materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain well-structured electronic and physical filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
Liaise with insurers, and internal teams to obtain additional information or resolve discrepancies.
Update and maintain claims databases, and assist in the preparation of periodic reports for management review.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to claims operations.
Familiarity with the
Merimen system
or similar claims management platforms will be an added advantage.
Requirements :-
Possess a minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willing to work on weekends
(Saturday and Sunday)
